SCHEDULES

This is a control management does not want to lose. What ever happened to the days of asking dealers to work their days off? That was a courtesy that management does not think we deserve any more. Now we are just scheduled and they don’t care if you planned your son or daughter’s birthday party on your day off, or if you’ve made Doctor Appointments on your days off. Members of the culinary union never have to worry about working their days off. Management must work around their days off. How many times have dealers had to change their plans, come in on their days off (along with 15 other dealers who are working their day off,) only to find out that scheduling is looking for 15 dealers to GO HOME?
