Dealers… this memo is, again, worthless in a court of law should a
toke grab take place in any MGM property.
If the
dealers at Wynn lose their case in the Supreme Court it will become
perfectly legal to spread our hard earned dollars around to people
who did not earn them.
If the
Wynn dealers win their case in the Supreme Court, all that will do
is send it back to the lower court again to be reheard by another
judge on the Wynn payroll.
The
only way to keep our money safe is to have a CONTRACT IN WRITING.
Dealers… do not be fooled! This is the major issue that must be put
in a legally binding contract!
To the
dealers who believe we do not make enough money for the hotel to
want to take our money you are very very wrong! This corporation has
shown time and time again it is all about the bottom line. Does the
MGM MIRAGE really care if we are pulling in $80.00 a day or $220.00?
Some over paid BEAN COUNTER will crunch those numbers that they
can take away from our floormen and supplement them with our money!
Even $20 dollars is too much to be taken away. This is free money
for them. Add that 20.00 dollars per floor over the course of a year
and you can see that this little move can save the company millions
of dollars.
Put it
in a contract Mr. Lanni… Until then it's just as worthless as the
Wynn Dealer Bylaws.
