Email us to let us know what problems or issues need to be addressed. We need to have our work issues out in the open. If you’ve received a ridiculous Shopper’s Report, you don’t have to keep it a secret! A lot of management’s power is increased because they know you don’t want to talk about anything you “may have” done wrong! We are ALL in this together! One Shopper’s Report failed the dealer in part because their Name Badge was on the WRONG side of the uniform! (Give me break!) Another dealer got 100% on a Shopper’s Report, but instead of getting a Commendation for it, the Shift Manager told the dealer, “Wow! You sure slipped through the cracks on that one!”
Or: "If you call in sick you're going to be penalized 4 points for each Peak Weekend Day!" Instead of, "If you don't feel well, please stay home so that you don't spread a virus to our visitors and your co-workers! And by all means....get well soon!"
