Who's exhaustive review would this be? (Maybe the young
inexperienced girl in Employee Relations who "researches"
employee's incidents??)
Most competitive pay and benefits possible??? Competitive to
WHO??? And possibilities??? We thought
possibilities were ENDLESS!
He goes on to say, "We
firmly believe that changing this pay structure not only
allows the company to retain the
best Dealers in the world..."
BEST DEALERS IN THE WORLD??? AND ALL FOR A WHOPPING $7.75 AN
HOUR!!!
We wonder why Union Membership is so threatening to the
Corporation that they would hire a Consultant to counsel our
Supervisors in what they say to us about our Union.
Why do they suddenly care so much about what we need in the
shadow of our newly created Website?
We say, If you are a happy Mirage Dealer, that's a good
reason to join the TWU and lock in your benefits before they
take them from you.
If you are an unhappy Mirage Dealer, that's another good
reason to join the TWU so you'll have the opportunity to
make REAL changes in our workplace by creating a Contract we
all want to live with!
