We can't wait for our lawmakers to do something. They can't be much more help than they were 72 years ago when they passed the National Labor Relations Act. It's been there all the time, and we haven't demanded our rights...until now. Know what your employer can and cannot do during the course of this process. Red flags should raise anytime that anybody who may be considered anti-Union asks you about topics unrelated to your job, especially including anything in the area of politics and specifically Unions.
