steps in the process of becoming a Union. There are myths and
facts about this card, and this should clarify most of them.
First, we’ll start with
what the authorization card isn’t.
It is not a Yes vote for the Union.
It is not a membership card.
It does not require membership.
It does not require you to spend a cent on the Union.
It is not anything that Mirage will be able to see. Ever.
Now, here is what it is.
It is confidential; Mirage management will not ever have
access to it.
Together, it is the one and only essential step that we must take in order to
get a vote.

vote on the TWU assisting us with contract negotiations.

authorization card.
