steps in the process of becoming a Union. There are myths and
facts about this card, and this should clarify most of them.
First, we’ll start with
what the authorization card isn’t.
It is not a Yes vote for the Union.
It is not a membership card.
It does not require membership.
It does not require you to spend a cent on the Union.
It is not anything that Mirage will be able to see. Ever.
Now, here is what it is.
It is confidential; Mirage management will not ever have
access to it.
Together, it is the one and only essential step that we must take in order to
get a vote.

It is little more than a notice to the NLRB that we would like to have a
vote on the TWU assisting us with contract negotiations.

It is crucial that you send in your card in order to get this vote.
It is confidential. Management will not know who signed their
authorization card.
