Your lies will no longer be a secret!
Your blatant favoritism is going to be
laid out in the open here, (just in case you
think no one is noticing how very rude and unfair you are.)
You expect us to perform a good job each day, and
rightly so. But you also have a responsibility to be good managers!
The rudeness and intimidation by more than one of you is uncalled for
and cause for valid complaints to the NLRB.
We are not your slaves!
We are not children!
We are adult human beings and just as good as you are!
(You used to BE us, once upon a time!)
You've made yourselves unavailable for
conversation. You've invaded our privacy, and belittle our problems.
You have abused your power.
ALSO:
Familiarize yourselves with "Know
Your Rights" from the NLRB so you'll be sure to keep your place!
Know What Your Employer Cannot Do!
