Illusion of Change

    

Frequently in a Union drive, management gives the illusion that they hear us and are making changes. The simple fact is that MGM-Mirage doesn't even bother to hold Dealer-Management meetings anymore. They may toss us a cookie or two in an attempt to pacify us during this drive. Remember that the only legal way to make any of their positive changes stick and influence more changes is with a Union. The temporary change is little more than an illusion and a delay tactic to avoid worthwhile, permanent change.
