Martin (Marty) Levitt , the person in these videos, is a former union buster. He was also an alcoholic. As part of his 12-step program, one of his ways to make amends was to write a book chronicling his time as a union buster and the tricks that he used to coerce workers into voting against their best interest. It is a very interesting read, especially for those involved in a Union-organizing campaign, but perhaps too much of a burden on the time of those of us who have little. Time spent listening to him speak in these clips is time well spent. If you are interested in purchasing his book, you may find it here and here.

Marty Levitt redeemed himself with his exposure of his former profession before passing away.
