Cocktail waitresses hired at the
Mirage are on probation for 90 days, and receive 80% of the
starting pay until the 90 days have passed.
After they pass the 90 day
probation, a Cocktail Waitress makes $11.00 an hour with a
yearly raise of $.25 to $.60 an hour until they sign a new
contract through the Culinary Union.
Mirage Cocktail Waitresses pay a
monthly dues of $32.00 to the Culinary. Their current contract
provides them with Medical Insurance, without any deduction from
their paycheck.
The waitresses work their butts off
and deserve all the benefits they receive!
Mirage Bartenders make $16.35
an hour. That's $10.00 more each hour than we, as dealers,
make!

SHOWING UP!
Dealers at the Mirage make $6.33 an
hour.
We don't have to tell you that it
doesn't matter that you've been with this company since the day
of opening. This company will NEVER pay you more than they
absolutely HAVE to! You will make $6.33 an hour until you quit,
die, or the Federal Minimum Wage goes up.
